Like the winter tyres! Thought of everything.

Don't usually get excited about rating car hire experiences but well.....they deserve it. . Brand new car, better spec than I booked, complete with ice scraper and snow brush and a cheery reception from a chap not just doing the 'have a nice day routine'. The snow fell and Austria looked postcard perfect......
