Machine shopping made simple, helpful, informative staff.
Wood Lathe.
The staff member gave useful advice and information regarding the range of lathes available and their suitability for my needs. As it happened, after a week the lathe proved to be faulty and had to be returned. I had binned the packaging and thought that I might experience problems. This was not the case and a new lathe is now on order. This simply gives any buyer security that they can buy with confidence in the knowledge that any problems will be dealt with promptly.

I would say you get exactly what you pay for. The products seem to be of good quality and are well priced and dispatched promptly. I had a slight problem ordering and had to phone the company. I spoke to a very nice guy who was very helpful and resolved my problem. I would buy from here again!
