Ordered on Jan 31st, over $200 in items. 7 days later, had a quick online chat with someone about whether it was shipping, and they assured me it would ship soon and that I wouldn't be billed until it actually shipped. It is now 12 days later, and:
- They have already billed me on Feb 1st, $218 for the supposedly shipped items.
- Their online chat it always showing offline.
- All the support phone numbers in Canada and USA say "There is no one available at this time, Please try again later.". For two days at random times around the clock.
- The email I sent a few days ago is being ignored.
Some people I know have ordered from them, and received the goods as expected, so I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.
However, I'm very close to calling my credit card company and having them investigate and reverse charges.
