Delivery fine, big problem with returns

The delivery worked finr, was timely, with helpful emails about progress.
Fortunately the shoes fit well.
However your returns process is ridiculous. If there is a need to return the goods, for example if they do not fit, you expect me to send them to Sweden, and do so at my expense. This is not made clear at the point of sale. If I had known this I would not have ordered from you, I will never do so again, and will warn peple I know about this problem.

Thank you for your review on Trustpilot. I am happy to hear the delivery was fine and the shoes fit well.

Unfortunately you are responsible for the returns yourself if you would no long wish to keep the item or if the size would not be correct. We provide you with as much information as we can to make an informed decision about size etc. We do this by providing you with multiple pictures, a product description and a size guide. This should help you make your decision. If you however made the order while using the above and you are not satisfied about your order you can always contact our customer service before returning the items to look for an appropriate solution.

If an item would be faulty or should there be a mistake made by us, despite our efforts to prevent this, we of course will take our responsibility and make sure we take care of your return. Please contact the customer service in that case.
