The delivery worked finr, was timely, with helpful emails about progress.
Fortunately the shoes fit well.
However your returns process is ridiculous. If there is a need to return the goods, for example if they do not fit, you expect me to send them to Sweden, and do so at my expense. This is not made clear at the point of sale. If I had known this I would not have ordered from you, I will never do so again, and will warn peple I know about this problem.
