Fast and efficient service, even more so than anticipated.

The service was excellent, but I have one small criticism and that is, I was lead to believe the part that I was going to order may take a few days to be delivered and that my credit card would not be debited until the item came into stock. I specifically asked if it was safe to assume that an order placed on the day of my enquiry would give me at least a couple of days grace before my credit card would be debited, as I was on the cusp of a new statement period and was assured that it would be. So I proceeded to place my order on line, which advised me that the item was not in stock and therefore could take several days to arrive (which was fine as I was in no hurry) only to find that after completion, a compulsory 'express delivery' was necessary (no option to decline) and with an additional charge. The item then arrived the following day with credit taken immediately, thus not making the new statement period.
I guess the service was too quick for me.
