The car would not start a\tg 7am on the morning we were heading to the airport. after ringing the breakdown service number, we were informed a service guy would be with us in 30 mins, he did not show, then I received a text saying a tow truck would pick the car up in 60 mins, he did not turn up.
Time was running out so we got a ride with a coach company at our cost and left the car in front of the hotel and gave the manager our keys.
I was told the car was still there at 1.30pm, on arrival at the car hire desk, they new nothing about it and asked why I had left it there, and why did I not ring them
