I can't say enough about the customer service agent Erick W. He was kind and sharp. He never missed a beat. He was willing and able to help and now a days, that says a lot. I fully expected to be disappointed because of things that I had done wrong, but this company, through Erick didn't hold that against me. This has been such a positive experience I can't wait to begin my venture. I will do all that I can to help expand yours also, because people should know about good companies that provide good services that are easy to use. But as you well know, that's easier said than done.
