cowboys. right i was meant to be being delivered 3 packages by this disgrace of a "delivery" company. the 1st, £300 worth of goods from sports direct. i and my son were both in so i know the yodel employee cowboy did not even knock instead he left the package by a shed in the front garden in full view of the street and anyone going past. he then, according to himself asked some random passerby to put ALISON on his signing thingy then away he went. this counted as a delivery for him. it was only by pure luck we got the goods. incidentaly sports direct dont care a damn if you dont get your order they just ignore you. the box on that occasion was completely ripped and taped up by yodel so maybe they had kicked the hell out of it as well before this strange delivery method.
2 other packages from tesco . again i was in on the day. i have found with these couriers that if you waited in for 3 days for a delivery then you went in your garden for 5 mins thats when they come. they knock once, wait 20 or 30 seconds then go if you havent immediately dropped everything and ran to the door instantly, they go. they rarely put in a card if they then knock on any random doors in the neighbourhood and "gift" your goods to some stranger or even your worst enemy, its pot luck really. they must think you are physic as they then put it in the system as delivered to customer and thats it, they think their job is done.
i never got the items from tesco i am now trying to get a refund as no way on earth am i risking another "delivery" of replacement items by yodel. i told them they have made some stranger very happy by gifting them those items worth £90 free. they hadnt even had an address for where the cowboy left the goods, just some surname which probably wasnt even the real name of whoever opened the door at whatever random place they knocked at. incredible and unbelievable. i got myself some replacement items from argos oh hell have just found out yodel deliver for them as well.
