Happy with service.

Good service. Sent off my phones using FREEPOST address as the amount I was owed for the phones wasn't a huge amount.
Had an e-mail off fonebank 5 days after sending to inform me the parcel had not yet been received, so started getting a bit concerned. But within 2 days, when checking my account, I saw that fonebank had finally received them and a payment was made into my bank account.
As far as I can see, fonebank did everything they promised. But beware that the FREEPOST service might take a little longer than the 5 days it says it does.
