These guys had everything I needed, more or less at the best prices & their staff were friendly & knowledgeable. But on both occasions of using Abbey, my order was held up because of a small item I didn't really need & I received no notification of the delay. If I had known the item was out of stock, I wouldn't have ordered it. It took 3 weeks to get my first order because of a felling wedge & 1 week for the second order because of sharpening kit (after I called in, they upgraded the kit for free & got the order out a day later).
My final issue is with them using City Link, the notoriously bad couriers.
I will use Abbey again, but not for something I want in a hurry.
Abbey, if you improve your feed back, stock notifications, couriers & add a next day option, you would get 5 stars from me.
