Which no brainer produced this questionaire

The star rating is pointless. I rate your products as 5*, Your website as 3* and your speed of dispatch at zero. Compare yourself to screwfix!!!.A reply would be good

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to leave your review.

Firstly, I would like to apologise if your orders are not arriving as quickly as we would like. In our experience we do find that second class orders usually arrive within 4-5 working days. However, we do ask our customers to allow up to a maximum of 10 working days until we consider a parcel to be lost within the postal system and therefore send a replacement parcel. Our policy is to offer free samples whilst you are waiting for your order to arrive. I have looked on your account and can see no record of you chasing any previous order with us, apart from one occasion in May 2011. Therefore, if you do experience any problems with future orders, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible.

With regards to your recent order, please accept my apologies if you were not aware of the situation with regards to the new Traditional Herbal Medicine Milk Thistle, we do have a message on our website explaining the current situation.

As you may be aware, due to new Traditional Herbal Legislation which came into force at the end of April 2011, we are unable to supply herbs not registered as a medicine until we have a license to do so.

We have received notification from our suppliers that there has been a problem with the production of the new licensed version of Milk Thistle. Unfortunately, the raw material did not meet our high specification, therefore production has been delayed. In view of this, it will not be available until the 26th February, at which time your order will be despatched without further delay.
