I liked working with your service a lot and delivering what I asked together with great, great offers, was a very good experience.
Please try to use a faster and more reliable service supplier for orders from abroad because my delivery came 8 day late and signature was not required at the door (the package was practically left outside the door since they couldn't find us).

Thank you for your 4 star review, although we're sorry to hear you were not happy with the delivery of your order. Your order was sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, which does require a signature on delivery, although we're very sorry if your local postal service did not wait to receive one.
We have lots of experience using Royal Mail International Signed For and find it to be very reliable and, usually, a very quick delivery service. We received your order on Saturday 26th January and it was despatched first thing on Monday 28th January. It was then delivered to you on the 4th February - 7 days for delivery to Luxembourg from the UK is pretty good we think!
