Disappointing

Ordered a part after getting 2 quotes and unfortunately after taking my card payment online, the company rang me to check the part was correct for my vehicle and explained that they hadn't got the part I was quoted for and paid for. So i'm quite expectedly disappointed. But received a refunnd quickly and promptly.
