Ordered from Amazon Sunday night with next day delivery to my work and received a text Tuesday morning telling me that my delivery time would be between 16:41-17:41, this is no problem as the office is open until 9pm and there is a security guard on the front desk all night.
As I left work I spoke to our duty security guard and told him there would be a package delivered and the time slot.
At 17:30 I received an email saying that the driver had attempted to deliver and there was noone to sign for the parcel, I called our front desk and as expected the security guard was there and told me that nothing had been delivered. The driver has either gone to the wrong address or not bothered to try and deliver at all. Online tracking information tells me a card was left by the 'varnished door', my office has an enormous glass front with revolving doors which had the driver come to, there is no way could have been missed. My card with reference numbers has been left who knows where so hopefully someone doesn't pick it up and try to collect my package!
I arranged redelivery online to the same address for today (Wednesday) but online tracking says that the package is still at the depot. We'll see if they bother to deliver today.
