First order - Last order

I placed order in the beginning of November, 2011 for my purchases of Christmas. I received only a part of my order and having contacted twice the customer service by e-mail (once in French, once in English), I still had no answer.
When we deliver all over the world, it would be sensible to have a customer service at the height. I was never paid off and I had to buy other Christmas presents!!!
