The goods come up nicely. However the package failed to protect the items properly - the guitar is supposed to be as new as coming out from the guitar shop but when it comes up, it has a crack beneath the bottom wing. (as I purchased a Flying V guitar.) Or I can tell the carrier did not look after the item properly. What I expect more is that the package should have "FRAGILE" logo on or those who wrap up the package ought to put some more bubble to protect the item, as I do not really expect that any carriers will look after whatever items you will purchase.
The other item I purchased was a second-handed guitar. As it stated it was a good condition, however the team could provide more information of the item such as "it has dents or scratches." I personally do not mind very few dents or scratches as long as they do not affect how the guitars sound. However, as consumers, everyone needs to be given more details of products they will buy. Overall I will give four stars out of five.
