Ordered some flowers for Valentines day but sadly due to my partner being ill i emailed them three days before to amend the address to her home 1 mile away. there is no number that's works so it all had to be done through emails which i found very slow to come back to me and when they did they wouldn't budge at all and told me it was to late even though i gave them three days to change a simple address, after lots of emails nothing has changed and they wouldn't even give me my money back ! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
