Awful and slow

Had numerous problems with Wowcher. Unfortunately, I'm still in credit with them, so will have to choose something else to buy of them but it will be the last time.
They take months to deal with enquiries. I literally had to fight to have my money credited to me. I never got a refund but Wowcher credits only.
Once my credits are fully used, I will no longer be using this website.
Some products I bought were complete gimmicks but I no longer had the strength to argue and return, so I've kept them. The services I've purchased were the worst I have ever come across. I'm not sure how Wowcher is trying to build a reputation without actually vetting their suppliers. Really negative experience and would not recommend to my worst enemy.
