Good service - poor quality product

Ordering from the website was easy and delivery was impeccable. However, the product (a Barbour Beaufort Cotton bag) I bought for my Mum's birthday was poorly finished. It had uneven design lines and crooked so that it did not stand up straight. Overall not satisfied for the amount of money and have asked for a refund. Hard to know whether the product itself is poor or whether Country House Outdoor dispatched a product without checking quality first. 3 stars.
