When I ordered my bathroom stuff online, I told the guy that I needed front door step delivery. "No problem" he said, "We always deliver to the doorstep". When it arrived it was a bad snowy day and the driver couldn't deliver so he took it back.
Now here is where my problem with better bathrooms started. A woman from better bathrooms rang me up with a terrible attitude. She refused to believe me when I told her about the promise of doorstep delivery and all but called me a liar. She told me if I cancelled the order it would cost me £75.00p. After a long argument on the phone, )most of which she was simply not listening to what I said), she eventually agreed to arrange re-delivery for the next Thursday) I waited in all day Thursday and rang up the delivery people who told me it would arrive on Friday, which it did.
