Easy booking, faulty product.

I bought the Dennon DN MC6000 I work with Virtual DJ Pro, when I loaded the driver software etc, the channels on the equaliser were the wrong way round. I decided after many attempts to fix it to contact Dennon to see if there were any updates, they sent me a file to update it and there was no effect on my product. So now, after spending £600 I am completely stuck! Thanks djkit!
