I bought a counter-top basin. It was well displayed on the website with clear details regarding measurements. The delivery was by Fedex, I opted for next day delivery and was able to track its whereabouts. As I was out when it was due to be delivered I left a clear note for Fedex by my front door, asking them to leave it at the back door. The basin was very well packed and protected. I would definitely buy from them again.
