My order was initially delivered to the wrong address by the delivery company ( not unusual, as we have an address unknown to sat nav), but the customer service officer that I spoke to quickly traced the package and organised delivery. When I received the boots I decided to use the 'swap it' service to exchange them for a different pair. The instructuons on the website were easy to follow and the order tracking details were continuously updated. I received an email the following morning advising me of the hour timeslot for delivery that day. The boots arrived within the allotted time and were 'swapped' for the returned pair. I received an email telling me when to expect the refund, it was refunded to my account the following day, and I received a confirmatory email. I would recommend this company for its easy and efficient 'swap it' service.
