i am very disappointed with parcels to go

all i want is a invoice showing were my parcel was going to and the tracking info because the recipient said they never received the parcel and parcels to go can not do this they sent me a invoice with my name on it and no tracking info how can i use that as proof of delivery i have been trying to get this invoice for 3 weeks now i have had to refund the money back to the recipient because i have no proof of delivery parcels to go are utterly hopeless. its cheaper in the long run to use royal mail at least they show you a delivery signature on there tracking web site
