I ordered a Triton Shower Booster Pump from the company's website on Wednesday 6 February as the price was good, the pump was in stock and express delivery (within 2-3 days) was an option. However, on Monday 11 February when I enquired about the order I was told that it was out of stock and could take another few days.
I emailed back to express my frustration by saying that I had only ordered it because it was in stock. By return I was told that the pump was expected in 'any day' and that it would be sent by express delivery and that my costs for delivery would be refunded.
It's now Wednesday 13 February and I am still waiting..... I'm not impressed!
In stock means it's one the shelf and ready to dispacth!!!!
