I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop at Zavvi.com. I've bought games a few times and when it works it works. When something happens and you have to deal with customer service though, it's a nightmare. I once waited for a game for about a month. After contacting customer service it finally arrived. I kept buying from zavvi, thinking it was just a one time thing. Now I've been waiting for over two months for games that supposedly were lost in the mail. I've contacted customer service numerous times and recieved prewritten answers about a week later. I've sent in the 'missing in mail disclaimer form' two times now. After the last time I was told (after a week) that the items would be dispatched as soon as the form was processed. That was now two weeks ago. I contacted them again two days ago and was then given the prewritten answer to send in the disclamer form again.
