What a load of rubbish!

I've been buying items on line for a number of years now but my recent experience wit this company beggars belief! Not only do they engage with useless delivery firms .. who have no concept of customer service but they themselves seem to have caught the same condition! To be told that 98% of customers are 'content' isn't of any consolation when you've wasted nearly 2 days waiting for a delivery. Their idea of customer service .. 'well they say that ...' isn't and I just hope that they aren't' around for much longer!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and discussing it with me this afternoon.

I am currently investigating this with our courier to find out why the delivery failed. On the odd occasions when deliveries are late the couriers will prioritise these parcels for the following day so I am very sorry you had to wait until the afternoon.

We do pride ourselves on our excellent next day delivery service so it is always disappointing when a customer does not get to experience this. We do continually monitor the performance of our couriers and have regular meetings to discuss any failures.

You have been a valued customer of ours for several years so I hope you will not let this experience taint your view of us. I hope you will order from us again so we can demonstrate what a fantastic service we offer.
