It would have been useful if they had told me it was not in stock when I ordered instead of waiting until seven days later when I asked why it had not been delivered then another wait. Took nearly two weeks in the end.

I would like to Apologize for the delay with your order, unfortunately the delay with your order was down to the manuafcturer and out with our control.
We do endeavour to keep all our customers well informed regarding stock, deliveries and any delays with email updates throughout the shopping process; however we are also well aware that these emails can be filtered in to junk/spam folders without the customer’s knowledge.
