I bought a vintage designer bag, the bag arrives and it's fake.
I have a company look at it that specializes in determine whether or not designer bags are real. And they tell me it's fake.
So I open a case on paypal to get my 300€ back - they accept the letter from the company saying it's fake and then tells me to destroy and dispute the bag.
And I cover it in paint and throws it in the trash!
Then they want document that the bag is gone.
So I write a letter and claim the bag is gone. And then have my roomie and friend sign it as well.
Then paypal closes my case because my friend signed the paper - but I was never told how to do a "Affidavit" or the witness couldn't be a friend. And they did accept the fact that the bag is fake
SO now I've ended up with a broken 300€ fake bag!

I placed an order 2 months ago (order no 79714498) - just before I took off for Holliday and chose the express delivery and wanted to have it shipped to my office.
2 days later I receive an email from ASOS that the shipping address is wrong (which it's not, I receive tons of packages at my office daily) and that it would be shipped back to ASOS.
I really needed the stuff and ordered it again as I was told to do by ASOS and this time to my summerhouse.
Some weeks later and still no refund from ASOS I found out that the currier had delivered it to my postoffice at my office, but I was told it was already going back to ASOS.
It's been 2 months - I haven't received my order, and I haven't received a refund.
I've written several emails to the contact email but haven't gotten an answer in weeks!
This is really the lowest quality of service I've ever received!!!!!!!
Vi købte noget hvidløgs-gå-væk-flåter-olie d. 5 juni (ordre ID 2174).
Vi fik tilsendt en flaske der udløb blot få dage efter vi modtog den - slet ikke i orden!
Vi kontaktet derfor firmaet og [Navn] lovede at sende en ny flaske - der er nu gået snart 2 måneder og vi har endnu ikke modtaget flasken.
Vi har kontaktet [Navn] flere gange, men nu svarer han ikke på vores mail.
Vi har nu købt olien på en anden webshop og ønsker blot at få pengene retur, for den gamle flaske olie vi modtog.
SUPER DÅRLIG SERVICE - spar jer selv for problemerne og køb et andet sted!

dd. (3 september) har vi stadig intet hørt fra dem, ej heller modtaget det vi havde bestilt og pengene er jo trukket fra vores konto.
