Don't ask them to return two cars with one phone call....

We have used this service several times and are normally very happy with it. We recommended it to our friends as we were going on holiday together and all went well until i rang up to collect the cars late on a rainy night. I made the mistake of saying that there were two parties ready to collect their cars, but i think they just matched my phone number with the booking and only sent back our car. Our friends were left at the departure poiont until the driver who returned our car sorted it all out for them. Not a good result and certainly not up to their usual standard..
