I have used these guys hundreds of times and only had 1 breakage and 1 lost parcel... Not bad i say!!!

i purchased a pacman hoodie for my bro at christmas time 2011 & not only was it an exclusive product but at £17.99 inc delivery i nthink it was a good deal too. Ill bear them in mind for the future.

most easy to use online shopping store i have ever used

The amazon platform is very easy to use & i like the way the site knows you and has reccomendations. The mp3 store is also very convenient and quick. I would like to see them creating jobs for young people - they are a big company and can make a difference to the uks unemployment problem.

Great for buyers, unfair for sellers

I would love to give ebay 5 stars, however as a seller i cant ignore their unfair policies for sellers which are all automated and can literally cause your business to fail because of negative feedback and low ratings from buyers. Not fair and not a friendly platform for online businesses. A great shame & it desperately needs change.

They let me down but helped sort it out in the end

I bought a ibiza 2.1 PA sound system which was a real let down as it was faulty - on new years eve!!!! (First use)
After my huge dissapointment i contacted the company via email to get it repaired and saldly they said it would be a lengthly period to get it repaired and suggested i got it repaired locally or have a refund, but i had discarded the large boxes it came in so returning it for a refund was not an option.
I took it to a repairer & after HIFI-TOWER initially refused to pay the repair quote of £55, they then changed their minds and helpfully dealt with the matter via telephone and offered me all the assistance i needed in order to get the repair paid for. The customer service has been ok, just a shame the product was faulty upon purchase causing a lot of un-needed stress and dissapointment.

Dear Mr Widdison, we are very sorry that you have been unhappy with our service and as such I have been reviewing your case.

With regards to the first part of your review, we were not aware of any problem until January 5th. A 60 mile journey is no joke and are very sorry that you went to such trouble.

On Jan 5th, you reported a problem with the unit to us and after some communication back and forth, on Jan 6th we asked if you would like to try to repair the unit or if you wanted to return it, we offered a replacement or full refund. At that time, you informed us you knew a local repair and would like to try that. We are very sorry that this was a 30mile trip - we did not know you would be driving so far!

You again contacted us yesterday, January 27th, and let us know that the repair would cost £55. At which time, we let you know that while we would not be able to cover a £55 repair as we would only be able to offer 15% of the item price. We did note that we knew this would not cover the cost for you so suggested you return it to us - we would then be able to provide you with a full refund or replacement.

At this stage, we are waiting to hear from you to ressolve the case!

While we do acknowledge and fully accept responsibilty for the problem with the unit in the first place, we hope you can see that everytime you have contacted us, we have responded the same day and have been trying to give you as many options as possible. We take our customer service very seriously at Hifi-Tower and hate to see any customer so unhappy.
