I now have two orders both of which I've handed over to the Credit Card company to deal with under Section 75 of UK Consumer Protection Law.

The short history is:
First Order: March 2012, Cancelled (after 34 weeks of repeated delays, lies etc. Supposed to have been refunded at the end of December 2012. Nothing.

Second Order: May 2012. Also cancelled after 34 weeks of repeated delays, lies etc. They have not even acknowledged my Cancellation, after a over month.

So like I said above, I'm leaving to the Credit Card company sort this one out, and the courts if necessary. Hopefully it will at least effect there Credit Rating in the process.

2. Why are you not refunding me NOW, for the second order. I Cancelled on the 10 Jan 2013, Your 30 days are up.
3. Anyway. like I said above I've not dealing with Infurn any more. Its in the hands of the Credit Card Company.
