DEVASTATED AND HEART BROKEN!!

I AM ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED AND HEART BROKEN DO TO THE FACT THAT IT IS MY 1 YEAR OLD SONS BIRTHDAY IN 2 WEEKES AND AFTER RECENTLY LOSING MY JOB I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SCRAPE THE MONEY TOGETHER TO GIVE HIM A GOOD BIRTHDAY AND THEREFORE DECIDED TO SELL MY PHONE AND AS CASH4PHONES OFFERED THE BEST PRICE OF £70 FOR MY BLACKBERRY 9700 BOLD I ACCEPTED AND WAITED FOR THEM TO SEND THE FREE POST ENVELOPE. THE FREE POST EVENELOPE ARRIVED AFTER 2 DAYS AND THEY HAD RECIEVED AND PROCESSED MY PHONE WITHIN 2 DAYSI THOUGHT THIS WAS REALLY GOOD SERVICE UNTIL THE SENT A EMAILSAYING DUE TO 'EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR- THEY WOULD ONLY PAY £24. AS THIS AMOUNT IS NO GOOD TO ME I WENT TO REJECT THE OFFER AND THATS WHERE THEY THEN ASKED FOR A £9 FEE TO GET MY PHONE BACK. AS I HAD NO MONEY BEFORE I CERTAINLY DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY THE PHONE BACK AND SO CLOSE TO MY SONS BITHDAY IM HEART BROKEN. I CONTACTED THE REPORT FRAUD TEAM WHO TOLD ME TO MAKE A GOOD EFFORT TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THE COMPANY BEFORE THEY CAN TAKE ACTION AS THEY INSURED ME THAT THEY CAN DUE TO IT NOT BEING STATED THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY A RETURN FEE ANYWHERE AND THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY HAD MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. SO I CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND THEY SAID THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT TONIGHT AND GET BACK TO ME TOMORROW. I REALLY HOPE THEY DO AS IM IN DESPERATE NEED :(
