Initially, I was very impressed with Gearforgirls' website, prices and overall structure. I was particularly impressed with their method of showing the amount of each item left in stock. So I ordered the item I wanted, in the desired size, confident of a successful transaction. Which it was...my credit card was billed in the normal way and a receipt and an estimated delivery time was given.
But then...the next day I was telephoned by Gearforgirls and told that indeed a mistake had been made, and they had run out of the item I wanted, not just in the size I wanted, but altogether. Disappointing that theur system did not work. On the plus side, I had my money returned to me quickly, but I just wish their stocking system had been up-to-date. The item I wanted was for a present for a birthday, and ultimately, this delay made me miss it.
