Last month on the 16th Jan I ordered 3 rj45 cables direct from this company.The first unusual thing is that they ask for a bankers transfer for payment,I've never had that before.This was sent immediatly.after several days their website did not show the payment as being received.Eventually they agreed payment had been made but no goods were sent.After several emails and phone calls they did not know what had happened to this order.I asked for either a refund or some goods neither happened.They then said they had been lost in transit! After further contact they asked for my bank details,which were sent but not received.Ater further contact they were sent again,still no response.After further contact they denied receiving my details, sent yet again.Supposed to have made a transfer but not received by me.Further contact and a reply suddenly today
I got my money back.This has taken nearly a month of agravation and it was all over a very small order.My advce is shop elsewhere,its not worth the hassle of trying to do bussiness with this lot.
