I ordered an item online, which I paid £5.99 for Saturday delivery on. I ordered on Friday within the stated time and my parcel arrived the following Friday. Granted, there had been snow during this time, but my area was not listed on their website as a problem. I contacted boohoo straight away via email, they responded fairly quickly. I was offered 10% off a future order, which I could get anytime with a code. I told them I wasn't happy with this and that I just wanted my postage cost back, to which I felt their attitude was 'tough'. Very, very unhappy bunny! I won't order from them again unless its free delivery.
