my original review is below, since i wrote this i have had further dealings with this company. my original item developed a fault and i had to get in touch with the company to see about getting a replacement item. first of all they said no problems and they would organise labels and a courier (ups) to pick it up, after a few days they said that they could not arrange for the courier to pick it up, there was problems with the ups's website (a company as big as that i found hard to believe), but they did say if i sent it with proof of postage then i would get a refund. i sent it on the 29th of june and i received notification from them on the 1st of july that they had recieved it.
i did not hear anything from wae+ about a replacement until i contacted them on the 17th july to which i was told that they had forgotten about my order, that it was coming from their european warehouse and would be about 5-7 working days. i waited the time with no replacement arriving. i got in touch with them to be told it would be at least another 14 days because they were having problems with their warehouse. all this time the web site said they had stock of this item. i decided at that point that i was not happy with their service and wished to cancel my order and that they would refund me the cost of the item and the postage and packing of the returned item. i had to wait 30 days for the refund to appear in my account but it was only for the item not for the postage of returning the faulty item.
since then i have been contacting them to obtain my postage refund and keep on getting fobbed off. phone calls just go to their customer service who are unable to forward your call to any department, one person told me to email the management department which i have done on many occasions of which i have recieved zero replies. i have also emailed the orginal person that authorised the postage refund, again i have had zero replies. i have had so many different stories from the customer service that i just don't know what to believe.
if you like to be kept hanging on a telephone to then have someone give endless appologies about the service that you are receiveing, to have a totally different status to one from 30 minutes previous and for them to keep your money, then please feel free to deal with WAE+, for the rest of us AVOID and tell your friends
ordered an item from them which was in stock (obviously) and was given a guaranteed delivery date of 1 to 3 days. days passed and no delivery. i got in touch with them and, give them their due, they responded very quickly and appologised, they were going to deliver from their european warehouse with again a delivery of 1-3 days. days passed and still no delivery. i got in touch with them yet again and once again they responded very quickly but this time they gave me the ups tracking code for the item. upon checking the ups web site the item had only just been picked up, so there was no way that they were ever going to make the 1 to 3 days delivery schedule.
their web site was very easy to navigate and order from, when i contacted them they were very quick to reply and courteous but their dispatch department is shocking which at the end of the day is the main part of gaining customer satisfaction. i have items sent from the furthest reaches of the world to arrive in the north of scotland within 2 days, why can a uk based company do the same thing? in this age of technology a company should automatically give the customer a tracking code so that they can see the progress of the delivery
question is, whay happened to the first item that was sent (or was it?)

My delivery came from somewhere deep in englandshire and arrived in the north of Scotland within a day during some of the worst winter weather we have had this year. Impressive.
