Pay for next day delivery and receive package 3 days later

Bad, bad delivery service

Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in receiving your order, especially as it was on a next day delivery service.

I can confirm we did send an email on the 04/02/13 confirming details of why your order was delayed, occasionally our emails can get diverted to customers spam or trash folders.
