Ordered products on February 6th and paid for 3 day delivery (the system showed products in stock), when product hadn't arrive by February 11th rang the number on the order acknowledged (premium rate) only to find that the products hadn't been despatched for some unknown reason. Eventually got a voice mail yesterday February 12th to say the products had finally been despatched and they arrived today February 13th. Although the lady on the phone was pleasant enough I feel I've had very poor service and would not use tapoutlet.co.uk again and would not recomend them to anyone else either.
