I've got email that my order completed and shipped
There is no way to track it. Still waiting for arrival;;

I can confirm that confirmation emails do get sent to customers for every order.
For small orders that are sent by Royal Mail we are unable to provide tracking details as Royal Mail do not provide them for us. If you want to have this opportunity we can offer a tracked delivery service which you can select when you are checking out.
