don't bother, they know nothing. I took my son with me, let him listen to the nonsense the sales guy spouted, my son then preceeded to rip him apart as my son can actually use a pc. All sales people there are commision based, they will sell you anything they can. Avoid
When the Broadband connection has a fault it is impossible to get a resolution as none of the CS staff actually speak English. A technical help line (which you pay for) that is based in India where the line quality is poor and they don't understand English. Useless . I have switched
After buying an xtype, on the basisi of a full service before collection I got a service reminder card 2 weeks later. I took the car in and was given a 2500 estimate of work that had to be done. I complained to Jag head quaters and they covered the cost. Appleyard tell me it is not their policy to service vehicles prior to sale. Disgusting service, I have never returned
Ordered a shed via the online service. It arrived after 2 weeks, and when I got it several pieces were missing. It took another 2 weeks to get the missing bits. Not very impressed overall - then they are not specialists in the area of sheds so probably to be expected.
