I've checked the order tracking details, and you order was placed late Tuesday night, shipped from GSF on Wednesday evening, and arrived in Ireland on Friday. UPS have said that your address is in a remote area and deliveries are not made daily there so they rescheduled the delivery. The order was then delivered on Monday for you.
I don't think three working days delivered to Ireland is unacceptable, if anything above average really.
