maybe a once off?

The website is easy to navigate, with loads to choose from there is something for everyone.
Shipping didn't take too long considering the weather we had.
I bought a branded shoe, tried them on, comfortable but a little big... no problem.
Wore them and hour or two, got home and took them out. The insoles fell out. One insole said size 5, the other said size 4. Not only that they weren't actually the brand I ordered. (The insole had the "brand I ordered" written on them) the actual show was an unheard of brand.
Now as I said maybe this is a once off, it is my first time ordering.
