Extremely bad customer service

I ordered a cressi manta watch, it stated it was in stock and would be ready to ship in three days great! I payed for express delivery then received all of the confirmation emails.

Four days elapsed and I was waiting for my parcel nothing came I then emailed scuba store who leisurely replied saying they were not sure when the item would be in stock.
I tried to contact them via the phone no joy! I rang a total of twenty times in a week period no one answered, I finally got a response via email which was curt, it took me three weeks in total to receive my refund and I attribute that to me having to threaten scuba store with trading standards. Nice prices on the web site but in reality useless I have totally lost faith in this company my advice would be to stay clear
