good service but they use a poor courier

The courier they used dpd left the delivery for me at a completely different address (not even a neighbouring house!) without any authorisation. However other than this I found the company service, quality and speed of order processing excellent. I must say though I'd hesitate to re-order due to the courier used as it was pure luck that I managed to retrieve my parcel.
