Holiday last June,almost a year in advance,to get what we wanted.Yesterday went to pay on line.A difference in price.So I had to ring up to find out what was the correct price.Our extra leg room seats had been taken off." Change of plane" I was told.we sent an email to confirm this,no you didn't.It appears that if you book too far in advance and a plane is changed they don't inform you.Its not good enough,we've just had this with Thomas Cook.But they charged us for them. Rubbish communication Jet 2 .
