Wrong size and not the colour advertised.

I received the wrong size shoes. I ordered size 10 and indeed the box displayed this fact. However the shoes inside the box were a 10.5.
The shoes that were displayed on the Amazon site and indeed I though I was ordering, were black and yellow. I received black shoes, the colour I specifically did not want.
To further aggravate the issue with this order, I am on operations with the army in Afghanistan, so returning the shoes for the refund I have already requested through Amazon is a logistical nightmare.

Unfortunately we cannot reconcile the details of this review and we haven't yet had any contact with the customer despite what is written. We would be happy to hear from them to find out how we can help resolve this.

Our position on this would have been to ensure that the customer gets the product they expected, incur no additional costs and be fairly compensated for the inconvenience.
