customer services good, quality of goods delivered awful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

shelves delivered on time but wrong ones sent out, a 4 shelving unit sent instead of a 5 shelving unit. the corner of 1 of the shelves was broken! phoned customer services who were brilliant and said they would send out a 3 shelve unit. unfortunately 2 out of the 3 shelves were broken, so phoned customer services and again said they would send out another 3 shelve unit which arrived and 1 shelf was broken. so between all the deliveries i have 2 x 5 shelving units which is what i ordered. The moral of my story is customer services very good but quality of goods delivered awful!

I’m sorry that there were some damages to all 3 parcels you received, it is very rare that this would happen on so many occasions but will always try our best to resolve any issues and get replacements out to you.
If you would like to order with us in future please call us on 01684 858484 and we will offer you half price delivery on your next order. I have put this note onto your file but please mention we promised half price delivery and we will emend the prices.
