The delivery time was great and when I decided to change my order, the process was easy with someone (Charlie I think) giving me a call to follow up - very polite, professional and personalised service.

The one critisism I would have is the look and feel of the website. The functionality was great, but not being familiar with the company and the brand it looked a bit like one of those hundreds of shopping comparison sites that scrape information from several websites to get the hits and sell advertising. I had initial doubts about providing my credit card details as it didn't look professional and trustworthy. It may help you to get more custom if you can improve the look and feel of the site.

Apart from that, everything else was excellent - thank you!
