After placing a Christmas order on the 5. Dec 2012 - the shipment was delivered mid of Jan. 2013 - 80% of the product was missing out, but Lookfantastic still had claimed all the money from my credit card!... After informing the custom support about the missing product, that have replied me back with clear indication that they have not eaven read my mail... asking me for things that was informed in my first mail ect.... Here over 3 month after placing the order, I STILL have not got the last 80% of the order, they have not re-funded me, and I can only say - DONT EVER SHOP FROM LOOKFANTASTIC.COM... a year ago it was working perfect, but the last two times there has only been problems and disappointment!! How ever, they made one record in my book "most stupid custom service I ever had".....
